    I love coming here because it is within walking distance from my home. The dining area is not super fancy, but their sushi is really tasty and fresh.

    I ordered 3 avocado rolls, 1 veggie roll, and 1 cucumber roll for dinner to go. I personally do not order sushi to go very much, but it was a good experience with every roll being perfect. I got the rolls home and devoured them with some hot tea from my own stock.

    I will come back here again without hesitation because the rolls are tasty and it is within walking distance. Thanks for making my dinner enjoyable!

    Great sushi. Prompt staff. Absolutely great. Had the GSA roll. Garlic. Shrimp and asparagus with butter. Oh em gee. Would definitely recommend.

    I don't know how this place is still in business. The food was so horrible I needed to make a yelp account:

    The water: not sure how you mess up water but they did. Our table was brought a nearly frozen bottle of sparkling water. Undrinkable between two people.

    The Sushi - Someone is being so liberal with the mayo that you can't even taste the fish anymore! Our fried sushi may have been just oil and mayo from the tastes of it.

    Avoid this place like the plague and bring your money elsewhere. After our whopping close to $50 bill, we ended up having to eat somewhere else.

    Seems odd to see the negative reviews as I have total respect for the quality and service at this sushi bar.
    Imo their sushi is such an obvious upgrade in quality over the ayce and sub standard bargain places.
    Kenji is many times the only chef there since its his business and they can get very busy at times. Try a little patience or come when they open for an honest assessment.
    Its no frills but wow the fish! Sometimes they run out of uni or the rarities but how hard must it be to predict how much fish you will use?
    Its not for everyone but if you are a sushi snob you won't be disappointed. Try the Japanese scallops yum.

    We have been here before and enjoyed all of the sushi! The service was very good as well. Their karaage is really good. The chicken pieces are huge! But the flavor is evenly balanced. The outside crunch is perfect!
    We're going there tomorrow for lunch for one of our employee's birthday. Can't wait! I hope they have the sawagani. It's sounds good!
